Welcome to this Web Site, the prime purpose of which is to provide details of the ADR services that members of the Channel Islands Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators are able to provide. Emphasis is on Service, for it is the avowed intention of members to put the interests of those seeking guidance and assistance to resolve disputes without recourse to litigation, before their own.

A number of seminars are in the pipeline and these will include a presentation by an international marine arbitrator and  one day intensive training course on the responsibilities and duties of an expert witness.
